For his dissertation project, Jiun-Yu wishes to conduct spatial analysis for all the known archaeological sites in eastern Taiwan and visualize his research result on a map. This project is still in a very preliminary data collection stage.

Jiun-Yu also plans to experiment with generating artifact profiles by software. In doing such, he could reduce the vast amount of time for an essential process of artifact analysis, and this may benefit other researchers as well.
